Refund Policy

For retainer plans, no refunds of any kind will be given after the first live call of the month has been completed. However, monthly payments can be canceled at any time by clients no less than 7 days before the next billing date.

For individual coaching clients, no refunds are offered for pre-paid unused sessions. Sessions that are part of a monthly or bi-weekly plan do not roll over from month to month and must be used in the time frame defined at purchase.
